vlad is very unprofessional and shady. vlad refused to give me an estimate for my repair and i was basically told he would just go off the insurance adjustment. when i asked for an estimate disregarding the insurance adjustment he refused to give me a quote and hung up! how unprofessional. Job would have been cheaper then the adjustment, hence why he refused to do the quote. i asked why and he could not give me an answer and kept stuttering (couldnt come up with a lie). what a joke this place is. stay away!!!! more

I went to European auto body after I had been in an accident, the entire front end of my car was smashed in and very badly damaged. I work at a car dealership just down the road and every one at work HIGHLY recommended that i go to Vlad ( owner of European auto body). At the dealership I work at we use Vlad for all the body work we need done. He was really amazing! Vlad is very sweet and will work with insurance and do everything he can to get your car back quickly and very well done!! When I called to see if he could repair my car he said "" I can fix just about anything to do with auto body!"" he came not even ten minutes after I called to take a look at my car and all the damage. Vlad took pictures and told me it would be a piece of cake to fix. I was relived to know that he could do it and thought it would be easy giving all the damage that was done to my car. The entire time Vlad kept me updated on everything that was happening with my car and the insurance company, which I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Vlad had originally told the repairs would take about two weeks, not too bad , and it only took him ten days to get my car all fixed up and looking like new! Once my car was done all I had to do was sign some paper work releasing my car back to me, Vlad even returned my rental car back for me. Vlad and everyone at European auto body really went above and beyond, I will be a life customer! You can't find any better service than at European auto body, I was blown away how great my car looked after if was all fixed and how wonderful Vlad and the whole crew was! European Auto Body in Boulder has gone above and beyond on helping me along the way on my restoration of my 1979 VW BUs. Valdimir the owner has made my experience with his company by far the best I have ever had in the service industry. I would consider myself one of the most detailed pickest person when it comes to quality on the job at hand. To say it lighly i can be difficult and ask a lot of questions. Valdimir and his master painter Brian have answered any and all of my questions about everything and on no occasion did I get a attitude or feel rushed. I have had 3 of my vehicles repainted by other paint companies in the Colorado area some of which were dealer painted and never have I seen the quality and professionalism that has by given to me by European Auto Body. To add to there fantastic qualiy body and paint work they have gone above and beyond the scope of what i had originally contracted for to do. Example I paid for them just to paint my fiber glass poptop, they decided that they would take it a step further. They gel coated the topper and paint it ( i only contracted for paint) . As most of you know Gel coat can cost twice as much as just painting the topper and by doing this they have added many more years of life to the topper . This they did at no extra cost as they want the bus to look great and be done right. To add to my great experience was that they had a very clean shop with state of the art equipment. Vladimir has personally helped me on every step along the way on my vehicle resortaton, from arranging rides, to helping push me vehicle from auto service shop down the road to his location ( at no additional cost) . My experience overall was excellent. Vlad went the extra mile to insure that not only the car was repaired, but even drove me to the car rental (who did not show up as promised). The repairs were absolutely perfect and the paint was a 100% match! more

I recently contacted European Auto Body to get some repair work done on two of my Audi's. Vladimir picked the vehicles up at my office and had them both professionally repaired and back to me in three days. His service was excellent and the work was professional. I will use his business for all of my body work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His work is excellent! He is the guy to call if you have a high end vehicle and need expert repair work. Do not use this company. Recently a used EAB to reapair my car. They returned my car with parts missing. After a month, they had still not replaced the part and refused to pay for it. They are extremely unprofessional with unreliable service. Cons: Returned car with parts missing more

This business is the best!! If you want quality work for a good price. So, don't expect things are going to be done by tomorrow. We took our 07 VW Rabbit to them from relatively minor body work (hood, front fender, bumper, radiator, etc.). After a bit more than 2 weeks - they would continually tell us that it was 'almost done'. They kept discovering parts that they didn't get though they claim they ordered them (they have a serious problem with not inventorying parts that come in - otherwise they would catch this up front, not when putting the car back together). Do yourself a great big favor saving money and get multiple estimates BEFORE going with THIS company. They OVER ESTIMATE and EXAGERATE on "labor charges" -- and you will get stuck with a big fat bill. Owner told me the car was worked on for 1 week, when indeed it was in and out of the shop in ONE day. Stay clear of European Auto Body and go elsewhere for a fair deal.
