Europe Gyro-Pizza

I have been a long time customer and have given this place several chances. Several times when eating at the place, the bartenders were EXTREMELY rude. If you sit at the bar, you can see the DIRTY kitchen in the back where all of the dirty looking employees are cooking food with no hats on and no gloves on. No wonder why one of my friends got food poisoning from there. Recently, I ordered a pizza from Ravenna. When I called, I asked them before I ordered if they delivered to the place I was at in Ravenna. The guy put me on hold, then told me yes, they do deliver there. So, I ordered a pizza and he said it would be 45 min. I called about an hour and 15 minutes later and asked where my pizza was. They told me that they don't deliver to that address, and I responded that I asked and the guy told me they did. I then asked to talk to the manager, and the manager claimed he called me right after I ordered to tell me that they can't deliver there. That was a BOLDFACED LIE. I had my cell phone on the entire time, and nobody called. He then hung up on me. That put me over the edge and I will never go back to this godforsaken place and I recommend you do the same. There are many cleaner and more customer friendly places to get gyros and late night pizza in Kent. more

Euro Gyro has pretty good food any time of day. But it's great food late at night and they are one of the only ones open at 1:30 in the morning. which says something about knowing your business and where your at. the regular gyro is good , the Terioky is great, the pizza isn't bad (not the best but good) and some of the subs are good just depends on the taste. All in all there's something there for every taste more
