My car got broken into and I needed some repairs, I call and set up an appointment to have it looked at by them and a Farmers insurance agent. When I got there I sat for 45 minutes before someone finally talked to me and we found out that nobody had any record of me calling and setting up that appointment. Then I got mine and my girlfriend's windows replaced. They were prompt in getting them replaced but I never received a call as to when they were done, like they said they would, so I went to go pick up my girlfriend from her work at 5 (with my friend driving) and when we got to the shop at 5:31 they were already locked up and gone even though they only closed 1 minute before we got there. Then I finally set up an appointment to have my damages repaired and I am informed that it will take 5 days, I was ok with this at first cause it sounded like a lot of work, they needed to replace my dashboard, replace my door, and paint my car. I had to find a friends car to borrow for the week so as I could get to work, I was informed my car would be done on July 18th, good cause that's when my friend needed their car back. I was then called at 11 am on Friday July 18th to be informed that my car has not been painted yet, on top of that my dashboard would still need to be replaced and the door put on, so basically all the repairs that needed to be done over 5 days weren't touched until midway through the 5th day. I am then told that my car won't be ready until Saturday morning. So I had to scramble to find a ride to work. On top of that the shop closes at 12 on Saturdays and I work until 3. They had completely inconvenienced me for 4 days cause they didn't even touch my car, then they didn't start the repairs until to late into the 5th day, the day I was told my car would be ready, so that they had to keep my car an extra day to finish. This has been an absolute nightmare for what should have been an easy process.
Pros: Quck to get your car in for repair
Cons: Don't really like to give it back
