Great experience, knowledgeable stylists 12/6/2011

I went into Eureka spa for a color and cut. The girls are all so sweet and very knowledgeable at this profession. Even though they had some technical difficulties with their electronic equipment they did their best and handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, apologizing for the inconvenience. Overall my experience was great, the whole time I was pampered and offered tea, water, wine (well not the wine for me because I'm pregnant.) All the girls kept checking on me to see if I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spa to my family and friends. Sonya is my hair stylist and was great because I told her what I wanted and she listened to my every word, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with her work and I've been getting so many compliments on my hair! I will definitely be back to see Sonya and the Eureka Spa again! more

I have been going here for a few years now for waxing and massages and I love it. Iliana is amazing as was Stacey (first time with her today) They recently remodeled the store and it looks really nice. I always feel like it is clean and the staff are friendly. They offer a ton of services at reasonable prices. more

Massage 10/19/2011

I was disappointed to hear that my normal massage therapist was no longer working at Eureka Spa. I was scheduled with Stevie instead. She's wonderful! Her technique's similar to Alina's. I really like her easy going, professional and calming attitude. She's great at deep tissue massage too! I feel like a wet noodle when she's all done with me! more

I had booked an hr massage that I got as a gift certificate. I arrived 10 minutes early but by the time she actually began the treatment it was well after 10am. I was surprised when the session ended and it was only 10:50am. So the one hour massage was actually more like 45 min. The masseuse also talked to me the entire time and seemed to be pushing the Aveda products. I specifically said in my questionaire that I dislike talking during massages because I want to relax. Beautiful spa but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was quite overpriced for less than a one hour treatment. more

Back and neck massage. 10/13/2011

I went in with a bad mid-back pain and stiff neck. The young lady was very nice and knew what she was doing. She had very strong hands. Today I am almost pain free. Thank you. more

One of the best facials I've had. I'll be sure to return. I left feeling refreshed, like my skin was glowing. My main concern was extractions and Catherine made sure that was her main focus. Her communication was greatly appreciated. more

I got a massage there. It was really nice, but that was it. The atmosphere was nice, but the employees only seemed concerned with their clients. My therapist was nice, but everyone else ignored me. more

A refreshing change to the standard in skin care. 10/11/2011

I was pleasantly surprised by this spa as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and a fresh cup of tea, followed by a relaxing facial with aromatherapy. The girls there were polite and educated, witch made me comfortable, something you definitely want in a spa! They didn't push selling products, in fact, for my skin type, they suggested less product instead. I feel confident that they have my best interests in mind! I will definitely be returning to their spa :) more
