Euphoria Hair Salon

I went to Euphoria a few years ago, and from my experience, I have nothing bad to say, only compliments. It is a clean salon with a welcoming staff. I haven't been back since because I now reside in another state however, my hair came out great. They use wonderful products that help your hair, not hurt it. I was very satisfied leaving the salon, Rebecca did a fantastic job. It's difficult to find a salon that can get your hair done the way you want it the first time around. This was not the case at Euphoria. If I were still in Connecticut I most definitely would return to Euphoria Salon for another fantastic experience! Try this salon, you'll be happy! more

The first time I went to this salon was several years ago. A co-worker of mine suggested I "try it out" as I have extremely curly frizzy hair and like it to be straight and silky. She gently encouraged me to go as my hair was a disaster and this co-worker always had gorgeous hair. She told me her hair used to look like mine!! My hair color from a prior salon was overdone as it was over-highlighted, dried out and lacking any style. I was stuck with wearing a permanent ponytail. The owner of Euphoria met with me for a consult and immediately put me at ease. It was clear she is an expert at her craft. She discussed her thoughts with me about what she thought would help my hair and I was very happy to see that she honestly cared enough to ask ME about what I had in mind. Together we came up with a solution. For the record, the consultation was free. I was thoroughly pleased and made an appointment for a hair cut, color and low light to put me back on track. My hair was also deep conditioned. The rest is history. I regularly get compliments on my hair and I have a new found confidence. The staff at Euphoria is EXCEPTIONAL and very friendly. The service is genuinely superb. It is clear that this is a highly trained staff that knows what they are doing, even with things as simple as hair washing. I call my hair appointments "spa events" as I am always made to feel extremely comfortable and all clients are treated with the utmost respect. I especially like the soothing music that plays in the background. The prices are right in line with other salons in the area. I have travelled through numerous states over the years and experienced a vast array of hair salons. This salon is heads and shoulders above the rest and hope you, the reader, will "give it a try" like I did. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Since beginning my hair experience at Euphoria, I have never looked back, unless of course, I am looking in a mirror to see how beautiful the back of my hair came out!!! This place is great! Love the atmosphere, the salon decor, setting and staff. I have to say, I have been to several hair stylists there and never had an issue. It's sad to see someone post something (such as the one below) without first contacting the owner. The owner HERSELF has done my hair (lucky to get in, can't be booked if it is THAT bad) and she is easy to talk too, as other staff. Not sure why someone would keep going back without saying something but shame on them. I highly recommend this place. They are great and it does not feel like a snooty salon that only wants your money. They take the time to answer ALL questions and help me achieve the same look at home! So glad the owner went off on her own because the place she was at was the TERRIBLE! To all of you at Euphoria-keep up the great work! Don't let one coward, who kept going back "unhappy" affect you at all. You are not ALL booked for nothing but I hope I can get in soon too! This is a salon WORTH checking out, trust me! I have had my share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey Chris, looks like you went to 2 salons and did not like them because they did your "hair wrong" (I have a friend who goes to Karma and likes it). How about you do your own hair and stay out of these hard working salons and save everyone time from reading your worthless emails. Continue with your $5.00 colors from CVS, Deal?!?!? DEAL!!! I went to this salon for about a year and a half. I went to Shane. I kept hoping I would have great hair but it never happend. I had orange tinted hair because of the Aveda color they use. My cuts went good at all. They are very expensive and not worth it at all! The salon was nice and they offer you beverage. more
