This store has existed downtown for generations. It has some good quality toys and also some craft kits and science kits. The main part of the store is devoted to models and the selection is from floor to ceiling. They sort them by type and have ones for all types of skill levels including some serious model builders. more

Best Toy Store in Eugene 10/30/2005

Eugene Toy and Hobby has been in existence for years. It is known for its historical location downtown and for offering great toys over the generations. They also have the largest selection in town, so go there first if you are looking for rare items. They specialize in more mature toys, such as chess sets and model airplanes, as opposed to stuffed animals and dolls. They sell very expensive chess sets which adults are sure to love! more

First thing to know about Eugene Toy & Hobby is that this is a Eugene institution -- they have been a family run business in this town for over 70 years! More than a toy store, the focus is on hobby enthusiasts, particularly scale-model railroading. Other shoppers keep coming back because they love radio-controlled airplanes, train sets, or to put together models from kits. The toy selection is smaller than you'll find in at a mall or a major chain -- but the selection is timeless. All the best in board games, good quality craft supplies, and cuddly stuffed animals. High end model magazines, paints, and crafting tools, too The customer service is great -- they will remember you when you come in again. more

Unlike the major toys store chains, this toy store has a friendly neighborhood feeling to it. There is a small but interesting collection of toys. These include a good selection of outdoor themed toys. There is also a craft section. This toy store is probably best known for its model kits and modeling supplies. This store has been in Eugene for several years. more

This store has been selling toys in downtown Eugene for several years. They are small but carry a lot of merchandise. The selection of toys covers most quality items. There is also a craft section. Eugene Toy and Hobby is known for its extensive selection of models. They have supplies and kits. This store is nicer than the huge toy stores. more
