You MUST do your research before hiring this company for a loan modification. You will find numerous complaints from former customers all over the internet. Alkana was barred from doing business in a state other than California. He should be disbarred, period. Having hired him resulted in me receiving a default judgement, and a sale date for my home. They promise they can help you, they can't and won't, and you will NOT get your $3,000 back, either. I have contacted the AG. Hope they come knocking soon Eugene! more

I am passionate about getting the word out about this company, do not seek help for a loan mod from this company, they will not accomplish what they promise and they will not refund the 3K you pay them like they promise. This has been a total nightmare and I am not alone. They should be investigated!! more
