Rude receptionist/office manager driving customers away!!! 12/29/2010

I don't recall her name but I believe she is the office manager who has been with working there for quite some time. I can not believe that she is so rude to me and to other customers as well! My husband stopped going to her place after his first visit. I am finally fed up with her and took my business elsewhere. I don' understand why Dr. Lauren doesn't fire her. She is driving customers away! more

bad customer service 4/25/2009

The receptionist who is in the range 27-32yrs old gave me a dirty look, was very cranky when i asked her questions about my glasses, because she was the one who wrote down my prescription for eyewear instead of the examiner. There was only one customer there who was me at that time.\r \r I called to ask the examiner why i did not get a full perscription for my contact lenses when i was there 3 months ago. She said i need to come back for a contact lense exam which she did not do when i was there. \r \r They want to me pay again which was already paid 3 months ago. \r \r \r \r more
