So, I was on the other end of collections, we'd had an equipment deal go bad, and this company was hired to get funds from us. At first they called and said they were private investigators, and wanted us to call Anthony Taylor...they were going to do basically an ""audit"" of our equipment. We responded and finally got the terms and completed the terms of the agreement, paying them in full in August. We were then told that we would receive the title for the equipment, and as of today, 10/22/10, have never received it. I spoke with the owner of the business who employed Ethan, and they stated they never got paid...when I put Ethan and the other company on a 3 way call, Ethan said they'd chek into it and the company owner stated he'd send us a title as soon as he's been pd. I called each place again today and still have not resolved this issue. I will be calling the Secretary of State's office if I don't hear back by 5pm today. This is ridiculous. I came through on my end. This equipment is useless to me without a title. more

Most agencies talk a good talk but they came through for me. They are agressive but that is what works with non pay customers. Pros: Did what they said and said what they did. Cons: I didn't have more debt for them to collect. more

I had a company that owed me money that would I just could not collect. Ethan & Associates got my money quickly and paid me when they said they would. You can trust them to a great job for your company. Pros: Professional in every area. more
