I have used Etek for over 5 years and would never think of going elsewhere. Doug Ewert goes above & beyond what you would expect out of an IT tech. If I do have to leave a message, he will call me back within the half hour (and I've called him at all hours!). He will always let you know if there is a cheaper way to go; not just charging you top dollar. Everyone here at the dealership considers him a friend at this point & we all love to see him walk in the door (both because we know he'll fix our problems & because he is one of those rare individuals who you feel privlidged to know).
