I've been receiving laser hair removal treatments here and it's been going great. The machine they use is very effective and MUCH less painful than some older machines I've been exposed to. My technician is extremely friendly and outgoing and the spa is very flexible on scheduling. more

I think Jan S. who wrote on February 23, 2012 is right on the money when she said that these reviews are cooked. Before I decided to purchase a Groupon from Esthetic Laser Center, I saw lots of rave reviews from supposed satisfied customers. I am not one of them. I got a year's worth of laser hair removal through Groupon. I wasn't that hairy to begin with but had 7 treatments on my underarms and I'm still having to shave. I had laser treatments done about 10 years ago in Michigan, and after 3 treatments, I didn't have to shave for years. The 7 treaments I got at Esthetic Laser Clinic have not even lasted 2 months. Then to make things worse, they added all these limitations that were never written into my Groupon. For instance, they said if I treat one spot and then move on to another, I can't go back to the initial spot of treatment. I asked to speak to someone about this. They gave me the marketing person's email. When I asked for a phone number, they said that she works from Canada and that email was the only way to communicate with her. I called and asked if there was a live person I could talk with. I was told that the owner of the establishment would call me. I am still waiting for that phone call. I will not be patronizing this business once I've used up my Groupon. more

I give ELC 5 stars because 1-it is very clean 2-front desk has been very helpful with my appointments and they make it very easy to Change the time and date of my appointments .3 my laser technician is doing a great job with my treatments 4 my legs are so smooth because of her laser treatment and my skin looks so great with her vitamin c facials more

This place was a nightmare for me. I went in with a coupon for a diamond microdermabrasion and chemical peel. FIrst off there was some confusion as to where all the equipment/material was for the dermabrasion. That was OK but I should have taken as a warning sign. The chemical peel was first process. Some of the chemical leaked in my eye. Lady said that it was a defective eye cover. She looked for doctor and doctor was out to lunch. Lady was sweet but did not have a clue as to how to fix my eye. I had to tell her to rinse it with water. Lady went to get another woman who agreed with me. My eye was all puffy and red. That night I stayed awake rinsing my eye as I could not sleep. Next day eye was pink and had dull ache. I called owner, gave her my name and asked her if she knew what happened to me with the chemical peel in my eye. She said no at first. I expressed surprise and then all of a sudden she remembered me . Owner basically told me that things like that happen and no concern. I said that I was concerned because I could not do my work that day, could not sleep the night and I had a dull ache in my eye and could not focus. I requested my $85 back since loss of my work that day cost me $675. Owner stated that all I wanted was money. Next day I wrote an email to owner giving her all the information in writing. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Go to this place at your own peril! BAD news for me and my eye for 3 days. Owner was unconcerned. My eye took three days to completely heal. PS--LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS--THEY ARE COOKED. more

I have been getting facials from this clinic the past 2 years. I love my skin and I only trust them with my skin! They do so many diffrent treatments! I did Passion fruit peel with them and it was wonderful! Now I am doing laser :) It has been few months. After 4 treatments, it's been great and I am extremely satisfied! more

esthetic laser clinic have always done a tremendous job since the first time I came across this business several years ago. Among my group of friends, family, colleagues and business acquaintances, I am often the one people come to when any sort of research is needed (I have a knack for these sorts of things that date back to before the existence of Yelp and Google for that matter). You'd expect to pay a pretty hefty price for the range of professional services they provide here, but compared to other comparable businesses, this is actually the best bang for your buck. They bend over backwards for their clients and do whatever it takes to ensure that the highest level of quality and professional results are attained. Every person I've know that I've sent through these doors has been a satisfied (and repeat) client here. more

I actually used them for laser hair removal, a month ago, I found them on the web. I had a great experience. I had seen a couple of other places, but the staff here made me feel at ease. I even get my facials done there now. more
