Don’t be fooled by great façade! Because it is rotten from inside!!\r
Ever since we moved in September 2010, our Microwave has broken down at least a dozen of times. They play around with it and it works for few days. They are not willing to fixed it properly or replace it under warranty.\r
The refrigerator has broken time at least 7 times. These are new appliances, so we wonder why we are having so many problems. \r
If you park your car in the parking lot, you will take a chance. Our new luxury car requires a new paint job. In season with heavy rains, some sort of residue or white substance leaks from ceiling of the parking lot. If you car is parked beneath it, it will eat in to the paint. The management refuses to pay for the damages. There is a clause in the lease that protects them from any type of damage deliberate or not. They are aware of the problem, but they are not informing the prospect tenant of the problem. \r
We have not had hot water for 4 consecutive days and they have not repaired the problem. I got very upset when the manager arrogantly corrected me and stated the hot water was working half a day in between the 4 days. \r
No wonder why this building was foreclosed and bankrupt. Essex bought it $0.20 for a $1.00 and they cheated wherever they could. That is why nothing works right in this building.\r
