I went here to do business for a company that I work for and immediately when I walked in the girl/lady at the reception was yelling at the top of her lungs asking what had brought me there.Little did she know that I was there to train them on the very systems that they use for work and that I had an appointment already set up through the manager. Now my interpretation of all this was that if this was happening to me, how about the patients?. Another gentleman walked in as I was waiting for the manager and received the same bad reception. The doctors are great but someone needs to improve the way the reception desk/front desk receives visitors/patients.
