Don't feel like I'm getting ripped off and they honest.

Worst

Had the car 4 weeks and could not get the car fixed. Car was obviously not test driven before I was called, or repairs were not effective.

Trust, honesty and willing to take time 6/19/2013

Steel was great to work with. He understood that we didn't just want to get our van fix, but were trying to decide to it was worth fixing (154k miles). He took the time to understand our needs. I also feel lie I can really trust you all. I don't know anything about cars, so having my car worked on by an honest and trust worthy company is is huge value. There are lots of mechanics nearer to my house, but it's well worth the drive to get my car to you guys. more

I pulled in to eslers just to see how soon they could give me an oil change and joel told his guy to pull it in. he then looked at me and said, is that soon enough? with out a doubt, I will be taking my car and truck to them again more

Quick to assess the needs of my vehicle 6/8/2013

Able to get me worked in quickly and provided my a courtesy vehicle which helped me still keep my other appointments for the day. Quick turn around time. more

Eslers is very honest 6/7/2013

I have 259,000 miles on my car. Eslers keeps it going. They give me honest information on what is going on and they let me make the decision on what to do. No high pressure sales. Even my parents drive 30 minutes to come to Eslers now. more

The friendly guys and the honesty. 5/30/2013

As usual, Esler's is the best. I had an oil change and they found out I was losing fluid in the cruise control - they fixed it - good. However, the "Perform Service" light still comes on when I start the car - any suggestions? more

Honest and Reliable 5/20/2013

I am grateful to have a place that I can trust to take my car. They always call you to let you know what they find before making any repairs. Everytime I bring my car in for repairs, it is repaired in a timely manner, with the upmost care and the best in service. And, the staff could not be better!!! Always cordial and willing to do everything they can to get my car in working order ASAP. Couldn't ask for a better car service business! more

I'm using Esler's from now on 7/12/2011

I went to Esler's Automotive for the first time a year and a half ago to have a hub pressed out of a Honda steering knuckle. The mechanic there did it in like 5 minutes and didn't even charge me even though i offered to pay. Last week my truck broke down. I had it towed to Esler's and they fixed it promptly. They always called me to report how much the total bill was before they continued work. They also told me of other issues they found under the truck and asked whether i wanted them to repair it or not. Fast. Friendly. Great service. Reasonably priced. I'll never go anywhere else. more

Friendly and Honest Service 5/3/2010

As a young woman it is difficult to find an auto repair shop I feel comfortable with. Esler's has been great all around. Their prices are competitive but more importantly they are very honest and will not sell you a service you don't really need. They are very accommodating and will always try to fit you into their schedule last minute. The shop even gave me a ride back to my home after I dropped off my vehicle. This is by far the best Auto Repair shop I have been to. Pros: Accommodating, Honest, Reliable, Friendly Cons: A little difficult to find more
