I brought 2 mowers and a trailer to Eshelman equipment in Mentor. I was told i would have my equipment back in a week and it took over a month. when i got my mower back the seat was coated with stains from tools being left on it.( It took over an hour to clean most of it off.) I had to keep calling them even though i was told again and again , i would be called back. \r

I had them put a set of new tires on the mower. the tires installed were not the tires he said they would be. Worst of all , they did not properly impact the bolts that hold the tires on, and as a result the wheel is busted. (It happened about 5 wks. after the service was performed) I talked to several mechanics and they all said that should never ever happen.\r

When i called them to make it right they were unwilling. The guy said he would call me back and never did. He also told me that myself or someone else switched the tires. We don't know how to do that. That's why I brought it to him in the 1st place. I told him this , which he already knew, and they were calling me a liar as well.\r

So now I have to spend several hundred dollars to fix the damage they caused due to improper installation of new tires.\r
That work will be done elsewhere, by someone I can trust.
