Escopazzo could easily be located in Rome or Milan. This not just good Italian cooking, this is Italian Fine Dining. The all-Italian wait staff reinforces that.
Buckwheat parpadelle with butter sauce was light with excellent mouth feel. Ravioli di Zucca had an explosion of pumpkin in every creamy bite. However, pasta just part of the story. Incredible assortments of carpaccio are available as anti-pasti as well unique use of seasonal ingredients.
For my entrée, I had the grass fed beefsteak wrapped in prosciutto with a Madera wine reduction. Absolutely fabulous!
Pros: Just like Italy, Romantic, Great Food
Cons: Pricey
