Erwin Health Care Center was built in 1984 by David Bailey and Lynn Wagner. They saw a need in the community for a long-term skilled nursing facility that offered exceptional care for its residents. Their families have continued this tradition even after their passing.
Located at 100 Stalling Lane in Erwin, Tennessee, the skilled nursing facility offers 125 beds and accepts patients covered by both Medicare and Medicaid.
