Terrible experience, terrible company 7/15/2013

Avoid using this company! I have never had worse customer relations. The repair person came to look at our washing machine without any equipment needed for the repair and they did not tell the repair person what type of machine we had. They made us send a check for the part which was cashed without scheduling a new appointment for the repair, the part has taken forever to arrive and it has been over two weeks without any updates. The customer service is absolutely terrible, I was hung up on and they have an abrasive staff who is not helpful. We have to call another service. more

Horrible company 3/13/2013

I was referred Error Free through American Home Shield for repair of a 6 month old Washer. The owner said the part to repair would take 5 days, well 8 days past and no call or communication, in addition he operated front loader machine and left it filled with water which started leaking on my floor.. My husband, myself and AHS left over 6 messages over several days with no response. This was the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and call another company. more
