The prospect of buying an engagement ring can be pretty daunting. Unlike most businesses in the jewelry district, Tony and HIlda at Errol's Jewelry were informative, patient and trustworthy. They took time to ensure that the criteria I came with were met and they far exceeding my expectations. I was recommended to Tony by a friend of my girlfriend once I said I was in the market for an engagement ring. I contacted Told him what I was in the market for, my budget and the timeline I was looking at to propose. From the get-go, Tony was very upfront, straight forward, knowledgeable and informative. We communicated via telephone and email. He did an excellent job of getting back to me right away, sent me a 3D image of the ring before it was made and walked me through the entire process. I decided to fly from Miami to LA to meet with him, and I cannot describe how blown away I was by the finished product. It looked EXACTLY like what I wanted and he was even able to design it with a better quality center stone than what he originally quoted. He is extremely pleasant and professional, and I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone I come across. Thank you for the phenomenal ring you custom made. The customer expierence is far better than any other vendor I've delt with.
