My supervisor referred this plumber to me since I needed a water heater replaced. His rates seemed economical enough/he seems friendly enough and the water heater works fine. My only complaints are the mess he left in the bath tub from draining the old water heater and the drops of metal from soldering left on my hard wood floor. (it was super easy to clean up just with a small scrape of a finger nail, no biggie at all-just expected more..) Also a little disappointed also that he doesn’t accept credit card payments. Back in 2000, Eric was my contractors choice for the plumbing and heating in my new home. Since then I have had several serious occurences of pipes freezing and bursting. Upon opening the walls up, we found that water and in floor heating pipes had been installed in unheated, uninsulated walls and alcoves. The worst example is while we were traveling, a pipe burst under a deck that caused $65,000.00 worth of damage. Upon inspecting the plumbing, the insurance company paid to re-route the plumbing from exterior walls to avoid a reoccurence of the same issue. How this man got inspectors to approve this work is another question in and of itself. Long story short, if this review SAVES one person from the expense and inconvenience I've experienced as a result of Eric's NEGLIGENCE, it will have been worth writing. Cons: ALL more
