The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! The used car manager is very rude and disrespectful! From my understanding the dealership was just recently bought and put under new management but I wonder if they know they are off to a bad start already by keeping this man around. If he talks to ALL the customers like he talked to me, it won't be long before the dealership will be for sale again!!!!! more

Worst sales manager I've ever met.\r When comparing to other dealers' advertised prices, he insisted that all other dealers are not including delivery and service fees to there advertised prices, and he attacked me personally by saying that I don't understand what he already told me.\r Even after I accepted their advertised price, he said that they couldn't do it, that this was their bait and switch car, and he tried to add another $500 to the price.\r I tried to speak with general manger to submit a complaint and I couldn't reach him.\r STAY AWAY.................................... more

Eric Hill Nissan was wonderful, they gave me a great deal on my old truck and bent over backwards to find a Frontier I really wanted in blue and their service team is the best!!!! more

I am so ashamed of Eric Hill Nissan. They lied to me during the negotiations. I said we have a deal as long as the hoot protector and side window wind deflectors were included. I pointed to the picture on the assessory card and said that this is what I wanted. If they agreed, it would be a done deal. When I went today to have them installed, they put aftermarket, non- Nissan parts on my new vehicle. I called, even before they came in, and no one answered my calls. I was treated rudely, and they put aftermarket accessories on my new Nissan Xterra. They lied to me and that's all they could say was ""sorry"" in a sarcastic way. I will never recommend Eric Hill Nissan to anyone. Ever!!! Terrible customer service. They DO NOT care about their customers at all!!!!! I took all outward signs of Eric Hill Nissan off of my new Xterra. And the sad part is that they simply DO NOT care!!!! more

I really liked eric hill nissan (I 10 service road off of Bullard rd exit) I recently bought a car from them and was very satisfied with everyone there. I had 2 salesmen help me, Jason Peltz and Robert Barrett. The team was very kind and considerate of my needs in a vehicle. The manager Anthony Luciano answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly so that I understood every aspect of the deal. I was very appreciative of this. I thank all of these nice men for their help in putting me into a car I love with a payment I can afford. I would definitely recommend my friends and family and anyone who wants to buy a car to go see the guys at Eric Hill nissan. more
