This is the 2nd negative review I'm wasting time writing in my life because it was just that terrible of an experience.
1) Ordered online (Oct 10th), product indicated in stock will ship in 1-3 days.
2) Next day, got hassled for more shipping $$ because of the inferior e-commerce system failed to work properly in quoting shipping to my address.
3) Paid more money for shipping for Ergoprise's mistake.
4) 10 days later and my desk is still not shipped!
5) Call your customer service 1-877 number, go to voicemail every time.
6) Tried the live chat feature on Ergoprise website, get requested to leave my email address.
7) Wrote an email with my frustrations and they CANCELED my order minutes later and said I was being inappropriate and bullying. Not the case, maybe poor reading skills?
NEVER in my life have I ever experienced such an poor customer experience to make me so mad to actually write about it. If anyone wants the proof, I'll gladly forward you copies of all the emails or wait until I republish everything on my blog.
The customer is NEVER right at Ergoprise and they don't have enough employees to handle operations and WILL NOT bend over backwards to make you happy when they make mistakes. Yes, it may be cheaper, but it's NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
Spend extra money and go to one of the many competitors for a professional transaction! I can't imagine what a warranty situation with them would be like.
THE CEO is completely out to lunch and has no idea on how to run an online business. She runs away from conflict instead of standing up and dealing with it. I can't believe what a Mickey Mouse organization this is, they won't be in business long operating like this.
This company is promoted as, "Woman owned." I don't want to get into the "sexist" territory of comments, but this really is a black eye to other women business owners and a terrible example. They should really hide that fact right now until they can get their act together.
