I have nothing but great things to say about eRecycler and their employees. Not only eRecycler but also their ""store"" called eExchange, I take all of my personal as well as business computers and laptops to them and the wonderful techs over at eExchange always fix it right up (They know me by name when I go in now)\r Oh, and by the way...Debra no longer works there :) more

F rated business by the BBB for a reason 9/11/2011

I had purchased 3 POS systems and ever since the beginning, it's been a mess. I needed the units in a hurry and expressed this to them, so I provided my FedEx account number (on Monday) for them to ship with, next day shipping. I was not notified that they were unable to use my account for some reason until I had called to see if they shipped. I had then provided them labels, but the units did not ship out until Thursday. After paying $139 each for shipping, I received them on a Friday, I needed them on Tuesday. more
