Erbelli's Italian Catering

I can't say much about the food there, because I was never served. My wife and I showed up on a Tuesday night at 6:30 because we'd heard so many good things about the place and wanted to have some of their ""fantastic"" pizza. We were seated promptly by the hostess, but she and three waitresses and a busboy all walked by us repeatedly for fifteen minutes while we tried to get someone's attention to serve us. We waited 15 minutes for our server to show up, but then my wife who was both hungry and thirsty was getting impatient, and I was getting angry at being ignored, so we got up and left. We notified the hostess as we walked out as to the reason why we were leaving and would probably not be returning, but by that time we were not going to wait another 15 minutes or so to order and receive food. It wasn't as though the place was busy. We were the only ones seated at a table and the booths were almost all full, but not once did anyone try to help us or ask us if we needed anything while we sat there like hungry idiots. I can't say I'm ever going back. That kind of lack of service in inexcusable. more

Wow What a dining experience. Great vodka selections, extensive gourmet menu and probably the best pizza and pasta I have ever had. The Erbellis House Deluxe is unbelievable. What a fun place. If you are a local, you are lucky. If you are passing through its a great place to dine. more

Great atmosphere whether you're looking to have drinks at the pub or have a nice sit down with the family. The addition of Q it up chicken has made the menu that much better. The short horn calzone is one of my new favorites. more

Lots of variety in the menu. I like the Erbie Bread and the Pizza. Great people who cater to their customers. It's also a good place to stop if you are driving from Detroit and Chicago. Keep up the good work. Pat more

Erbellis uses only the freshest ingrediants. All of their food is top notch. I am a huge fan of their pizza and subs. My kids love the Erbie bread. Cannot go wrong eating at Erbellis. 5 star. more

Each pizza crust style that we have tried has been excellent. My family and I love this place. Best pizza in Kalamazoo by far. Pros: Awesome pizza, sauce is amazing, friendly staff Cons: None that I can think of more
