Amazing jeweler and staff at Equinox 12/1/2008

My (then) fiance and I went to Equinox one month before our wedding because we like to procrastinate. Luckily, the owners worked with us and we picked out both of our rings that day (I had mine made out of my mom's ring). My husband tried on nearly every band in the case and they were so patient with use. I found a solitaire ring that I loved and they helped us take my mom's old ring from the 1970's with her diamond and gold and make my ring. They emailed us right away with the quotes for the ring and returned all of our calls in a timely manner. They were really friendly, reliable and honest people to work with plus their work is quality and reasonably priced (not like Twist in NW!). Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, quality jewelery more

Excellent craftmanship and customer service 7/18/2007

I was looking for a wedding ring that was unique--artistic and handcrafted, something that didn't look like it came from a jewelry store in a mall. I liked several of the rings that Equinox had, but in the end, I decided to design the ring myself and have Equinox make it. The final result was exactly--I MEAN, EXACTLY--what I was looking for in a wedding ring. Furthermore, they were willing to rush the job to make my wedding date. ( I told them I was happy to wear a temporary/fill-in ring for the wedding if it was too much trouble to get mine made on time. Their reply was something like, ""you need to get married with the ring that you will wear for the rest of your life...we'll get it done."") more
