Eppinger, Cathy, Dvm - Alpine Hospital For Animals

I don't give many five star reviews but this place is exceptional! The whole experience was beyond my expectations. The front staff was very friendly and attentive. The hospital was clean and bright. After arrival I was immediately placed into a room without waiting. I was surprised by how much time the doctor spent with us during our visit. It was really helpful especially since our dog takes some time to warm up to strangers, but the vet spent time on the floor and didn't try to put him on the table, offered him treats and went slowly through the exam letting me know what he was doing the entire time. The exam went great, we talked about risk factors based on his lifestyle rather than just giving him shot after shot, we talked about diseases that are local and I felt like I got all of my questions answered. Amazing place and I highly recommend Alpine! more

The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back! more

I called Alpine Hospital because I was referred to one of their doctors. The receptionist was rude and would not let me explain why I was in need of a consult. Needless to say, I was never able to make an appointment because I was cut off ! They really must not want new clients. I certainly would not recommend them! more

I have been seeing the vets at Alpine for years, and all of them are excellent. They are knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to answer your questions, no matter how long that takes. They will see your animal in an emergency even if there is no room on their schedule. The vet techs are also wonderful and caring. more
