I've had my share of rude people over the phone, but I would have never expected it to be from a limo service. I call in to check their price quotes and the male representative working at 1:20 in the afternoon on Tuesday July 13, 2010, has been by far one of the rudest encounters that I have ever had. I simply asked what their quote was (before I had checked online to see their price quote) and the rep stated something more expensive. I simply asked with no harm intended why this was so (trust me I am not lacking in money and am a very generous guy, it was a friends bday and I wanted it to be extra special), and he gives me a shi**y attitude. I see that they have good reviews, but seriously, whoever it was I was talking to really needs to understand their business a little more.
Cons: I thought this was a limo service not Yellow Cab
