Continually frustrated when trying to record programs while watching other programs. Very limited capacity and often have to stop recording movies to watch a ball game. Really sucks. I think Comcast has more capacity. more

Poor Picture Quality 2/15/2011

Lightning fast internet. I have Sony 1080p, 120hz 46" LCD. Hated my Comcast quality but kept Comcast service active until EPBfi was installed. I was able to compare identical HD channels into 2 hdmi inputs on TV. Comcast HD was clearer than epb! I tink epb may be sending 720 or maybe 480 and still able to call it HD. Fuzzy and not real defined like I was used to seeing on Comcast. I'm not a fan of Comcast. I know epb has the ability. I suspect their TV/video delivery is not a priority. Images not sized properly, poor HD quality. They need to up their game on delivery of quality TV images. more
