My experience with ECS has been a waking nightmare. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in Feb. 2009. In Sept./Oct. 2009 the AC stopped working. I contacted ECS to have them look at the problem. However, they just putting me in touch with subcontractors who would give me one reason or another why they couldn't come out. Eventually winter hit and I put the issue on the back burner until April. Same deal. I just kept getting stuck with some subcontractor that either forgot to call me back, lost my phone number, forgot about the appt., didn't have the necessary part or claimed I forgot to call and "reconfirm" the appt. After I month this garbage, I finally gave up and called another company to fix the problem. If you are looking for defective merchandise and zero customer support, these are your guys.
Pros: They didn't burn my house down or kill any of my pets
Cons: Defective merchandise, amateur techs.
