He talked my ear off about his religious and political beliefs while he was here. The prices were different on the phone than they were in person. The carpets didn't look any better than before he did the job. One rug I was having cleaned for consignment and they wouldn't take it, so I had to have it cleaned by someone else. I wouldn't recommend them.
RESPONSE FROM ENVIROCARE CLEANING SOLUTIONS:
The EnviroCare Procedure:
When we roll out a truck we give the technician an invoice for the job. If we have given a firm quote the price will be written on the invoice and that price will not change regardless of what he may encounter on the job. If we give an estimate our technician will receive an invoice without price. He will evaluate the job and give a firm quote before starting the job. Once the job is started, the technician is required to do everything needed to complete the job to meet EnviroCare standards no matter what extra work he has to do or how much time it takes to complete the job. Once the job is done according to our standards, the customer is asked to inspect the job. When the customer is completely satisfied, the technician will give the invoice to the customer for payment. This procedure has served us well for a little over 13 years.
We have cleaned a number of rugs for consignment and, as a rule; the consignor requires the rug to be cleaned within the last thirty days. A receipt must be given showing, not only for the cleaning, but also for pet odor treatments. This job was done in September and it is now January.
With all of our customers, if something shows up after we have finished the job, all they have to do is give us a call and we will come back and take care of any stains that might reappear after we finish the job, at no charge.
