This place is known among the local gearheads. You can get excellent equipment and custom machines built at a very good price. After discovering this place, I go to Fry's much less than I used to. It's a very small store front with no material to browse, so don't expect a browsing/showroom experience. It's best to know what you want or you have to brave the wrath of disgruntled employees. I'm sure civil people work there; I just haven't seen any. I actually had my worst retail experience ever (not kidding) while shopping there. If you go to the place with any outstanding questions about equipment or (God forbid) actually want a custom computer built, be prepared for deep, unfounded condescension and snide, harrowing treatment. Years ago I used to work in a computer shop just like ENU. I know the material very well and I've been building my own PCs for some time. If a guy like me is going to get treated poorly, who knows what less experienced people might encounter there. The kid I dealt with was clearly hungover and probably didn't care about the job. I've never, ever contacted a manager about a clerk before, but I did in this case. I've got pretty tough skin and I used to be a clerk myself. So for me to even get steamed about it, let alone to call the manager... Yeah, pretty bad.
Pros: Excellent prices
Cons: Nightmarish customer service
