I had the worst experience ever! We hired Entire Lawn Care & Landscape/Owner: Michael Mitchell to maintain our lawn. We paid in advance for 3 months which needless to say he cashed our check the very next day. We signed a contract which he never gave us a copy of. He rescheduled our lawn service for 4 days in a row. After the 4th day, 3 teens showed up on a Friday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. and left around 6:00 p.m. because it got dark. The service we contracted was for mowing the lawn, cleaning our flowerbeds, trimming the trees and the shrubs, fertilizing, picking up the leaves, taking out the weeds, and adding more mulch. It was pretty much maintaining our whole lawn. We called Michael and he said they would finish our lawn on Monday. Well Monday came by with a no show/ no call from him. We got tired of what we think him being non-responsive to us. We left a message because he didn't answer his phone and gave him the 30 day cancellation notice he wanted and requested our money back. We paid 3 months in advance in the amount of $384.00. From that point on, he never returned our call until he read the first review in the internet. We filed a complaint against him on the Dallas BBB website. We are waiting to see what happens with that. No, I would NOT recommend him.....our personal experience was a nightmare for us!! I wish we hadn't paid in advance for a service that I haven't had received yet... but I guess we always learn from our mistakes.... good luck if you are paying for it in advance...... ahh and in my opinion is always a good practice to ask for references and verify them... ?I guess next time I'll be more careful making my selection.
