Entire Lawn Care & Landscaping Service

I had the worst experience ever! We hired Entire Lawn Care & Landscape/Owner: Michael Mitchell to maintain our lawn. We paid in advance for 3 months which needless to say he cashed our check the very next day. We signed a contract which he never gave us a copy of. He rescheduled our lawn service for 4 days in a row. After the 4th day, 3 teens showed up on a Friday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. and left around 6:00 p.m. because it got dark. The service we contracted was for mowing the lawn, cleaning our flowerbeds, trimming the trees and the shrubs, fertilizing, picking up the leaves, taking out the weeds, and adding more mulch. It was pretty much maintaining our whole lawn. We called Michael and he said they would finish our lawn on Monday. Well Monday came by with a no show/ no call from him. We got tired of what we think him being non-responsive to us. We left a message because he didn't answer his phone and gave him the 30 day cancellation notice he wanted and requested our money back. We paid 3 months in advance in the amount of $384.00. From that point on, he never returned our call until he read the first review in the internet. We filed a complaint against him on the Dallas BBB website. We are waiting to see what happens with that. No, I would NOT recommend him.....our personal experience was a nightmare for us!! I wish we hadn't paid in advance for a service that I haven't had received yet... but I guess we always learn from our mistakes.... good luck if you are paying for it in advance...... ahh and in my opinion is always a good practice to ask for references and verify them... ?I guess next time I'll be more careful making my selection. more

We asked Michael and Entire Lawn Care to transform our yard from plain grass, to a southwestern oasis-he rocked in the entire back and front yards, and hand picked beautiful Yucca and Cactus to compliment the look. The end result is that our yard is the most unique and beautiful on our street. And the cost was extremely reasonable! We loved our transformation so much, that our friends on the other side of Fort Worth did the same thing! We love Entire Lawn & Landscape! Thank you, MIchael! If you hire this company , forget the right to say ""I do not like what you did to my lawn..or you are late for doing my yard"" The owner will be the rudest person ever and he will take any money he got from you because you wasted his company time when you complained about his service.. It is our worst experience ever .. Avoid this company and save the time you will be spending thinking and discussing what they did to you. more

We were disappointed in the quality of work this company did on our landscaping project. It was as though the crew sent out to us had never landscaped before and we had to call them back to redo several things that were not installed correctly. As a previous reviewer stated, the owner was nice at first and seemed professional but would not follow through on his promise to correct mistakes made by his crew. After several weeks of calling the owner and him promising to fix the problems but then not following through, we finally gave up. Would not recommend this company. more

I was looking for lawn care company online and I was mislead when i saw this listing with the Positive review that came with it. This company is terrible. For the first few times they came and were great. The owner apperas at the beginning to be a good guy. He turns nasty as soon as they break a sprinkler's head and you ask them to fix it. I have been a home owner for 14 years and I never had a problem with a lawn company until i contacted Mike (the owner of this company). Save the headache and go for someone else. I ended up asking my neighbour and he gave me his lawn guy's number and since then he is perfect. Stay away from entire lawn care and save the hasstle. Pros: Good only for the first time Cons: Terrible low quality service. Can't trust with your yard. more
