Our finsihed kitchen cabinets and baseboards are just as we were promised. They were fair in their pricing, and excellent in their craftmanship. Everything they did was on the high end of the scale in terms of their craft. The cabinets do not slam shut, but have a mechanism that allows for them to shut on their own carefully without much effort....excellent. The people that work for this company are very polite and are very skilled craftsmen. We were given the dates the cabinets would be completed, and they met that date for us at every turn. The whole experience with ECP was less than desirable. Perhaps dealing with someone other than the owner (Dan) might make for a more pleasant experience. He has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. He's not helpful in helping to design something and brings no ideas to the table, so you better know exactly what you want. When the work was done, the crew left sawdust and woods craps all over my yard. They neglected to install a couple of items and I had to keep following up to make sure that someone would show up at my home, since they apparently don't write down appointments and run on their schedule, not yours. \r \r The only upside is that the cabinetry is well-constructed.
