My experiences with renting a car from the Enterprise location on South 7th street, in downtown Phoenix, was awesome! The staff is professional and friendly, from the young lady that picked me up at the shop where my car was being repaired, to the guy that inspected the vehicle upon return. Really felt like they are a great group that won't ""nickel & dime"" you to death, like many companies seem to do these days. Surprisingly, they actually cut me some slack on the charges, which was great because I had just paid for some hefty car repairs! I definitely recommend this company/location and will rent from Enterprise the next time I need a car! Marjie Seagle more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the benchmark for the industry. I recently rented a car in Phoenix AZ at the 1225 S 7th St location. Every person on the staff is professional, fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the process and their operation. I've traveled as a professional manager for 30 years and have used every rental company regularly. Enterprise is the service standout in every way. They even go out of their way to fix problems caused when reservations are made online with consolidators like Priceline or Kayak. Based on my years of career and vacation travel, you will never have a bad rental experience with Enterprise. more

was quoted price w/out tax. recall car for mainteance even tho i informed the agent it was saying ""oil check"" spent 4 hrs. by time i'm back hm. only to find out i have a really dirty car (it was dark) i go in and reserve a clean car for the nx. day & no car but i can wait while they clean it. On return i stop to check car in but they can't give me a ride hm. front this location and send me across city to same. the agent said he would honor his price quote & this didn't happen they actually charged me for a late hr. plus the gas i used following their directions. I called appropriate people was informed the area repre. would contact me 4 days later i'm waiting It doesn't look like they need my buis. in phx. more

I have rented vehicles from Enterprise on several occasions- they are always the first one I call. I have never had a problem renting or operating any car I received from them. If they are out of the class of car I reserved, they upgrade at the lower class price (awesome!) PROS: Price, Staff, Location CONS: None! more

Good Business 6/22/2005

We recently rented a car from Enterprise for our family vacation. They gave us a nice car, gas tank filled, very clean car. The rates are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. They gave us just what we wanted too. They made the rental process very easy. I have never done it before, and this was my first time. It was great. They are really helpful. more

Good Business 6/21/2005

I recently used Enterprise to rent a vehicle when we went on vacation and didnt want to take our own car. The staff was extremely helpful. They had good cars at decent prices. They were very helpful at helping us choose the car we wanted and got it ready in a short amount of time. more
