I was recently in a car accident and made a reservation at this branch for a rental vehicle. THEY WERE LATE PICKING ME AND I HAD TO WAIT AT THE BRANCH FOR THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE ARRIVED DIRTY AND ONLY HAD 1/4 TANK OF GAS!! I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE TAGS HAD BEEN EXPIRED SINCE NOV. 2009. I NOTIFIED THE BRANCH. IT TOOK ME 2 ATTEMPTS TO ACTUALLY GET THE UPDATED TAGS. ENTERPRISE CORPORATE CALLED ME AND MADE IT ALL BETTER. THEY GAVE A COMPLIMENTARY RENTAL FROM FRI-MON FOR AN SUV AT ANYTIME OF MY CHOICE more
