Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I will never use Enterprise again. I was ORIGINALLY told that the only charge I would incur was a $50 deposit that would be refunded to my account when I returned the rental. This was never done. I opted for one type of optional insurance; the rep who was there when I picked up the rental had me initial for two, and I had to call for road-side assistance once while I had the car. That cost ME (NOT the insurance company whose client was the whole reason MY car was in the shop in the first place) another $61, but this wasn't explained to me until over a month and a half after returning the rental. My bank account was overdrawn because of these charges that weren't presented upfront. Overall, I was charged over $170 where, originally, I was expecting to pay less than half of that. more

I have rented cars from Enterprise several times in Salem and they provided a fast service every time. It took them about 6-7 minutes every time to rent me the car. Sometimes they barely have time to clean a returned car before giving it to you for a new rental. The weekend special with $ 10/ day is the best deal in the industry! If you need to rent something, try them first. It might worth it! more
