Terrible customer care 11/11/2008

I reserved a specific type of car 2 weeks in advance and got the run around when I went to pick it up, they only had 3 cars to choose from and they all had issues and were very dirty. I was paying for a nicer car (full price) then I was getting. Also they tried to over charge me when I went to return the car. The manager (tara was very rude), she was very nice to her male customers .I won't ever use this company again to rent a car from.Thumbs down 100% more
