they worked with our insurance company to get us a car while ours was being fixed. They where very courteous, quick and got us a great deal.

Worst

They tried to charge us for hail damage on a car we rented. My wife was with the kids and didn't look that close at the hood and top of car, she looked more for dents and scratche...

They tried to charge us for hail damage on a car we rented. My wife was with the kids and didn't look that close at the hood and top of car, she looked more for dents and scratches but when I got home I noticed slight dimples in the hood. I thought nothing of it because it was so light. I thought they must have noticed it and thought nothing about renting it to someone else. The thing is that night my wife told me the guy kept trying real hard for her to get their insurance. The sales guy most likely knew it had damage and tried to stick us with it! BEWARE.
