Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was pleased with the service we received at this location from, Joseph , the Enterprise agent, even though this was only his third day on the job.. I would, however, recommend that some kind of information be included on how to operated the various systems within the vehicle. The small logos told us nothing about what they did and we had no way of using them without an owner's manual or some information specific to that model. Even a single informational sheet would have been appreciated and increased the enjoyment of the vehicle. more

We rented a mini-van from Enterprise for Thanksgiving vacation out of town. The van was fine, exactly as expected. Two criticisms of Enterprise - 1) we reserved the van two weeks ahead, and we received a call from Enterprise to ""confirm"" that we really wanted the van not once, not twice, but six times. Is this really necessary? 2) There were several charges which were not discussed up front and added considerably to the overall cost, such as added driver charge, city and county gross receipt tax, area regional fee, vehicle licensing fee, and charges listed as ""DW"" and ""RAP"" which were described as ""part of the basic charges"". I would be much happier if, in the future, Enterprise could make their charges more transparent and clearly enumerate them up front, i.e, before you return the rental. more

Dishonest, disreputable branch manager and employees. Made up claim of damage then charged for additional repairs not even part of the supposed damage to begin with. more

Our vehicle warranty covered us to get a rental car so we choose Enterprise. What can I say but WOW GREAT SERVICE. We called ahead of time to let them know we woudl be there soon. When we arrived they had the paper work started, the car CLEAN and ready to go. I think we spent less than 15 minutes there and off we went. When we returned the car it was even quicker. They checked us in and then drove us to the dealership to get our vehicle back. Not only that but the driver played with my son while I transfered my personal items back into my truck. A+ Enterprise I would rent from you again in a minute. more
