""We pick you up"" should be changed to ""We make you wait"". I followed their procedure for arranging pickup at the train station, and we still waited over 45 minutes to get the 7-minute drive to the office. Then I get the ""free upgrade"" to an SUV from a compact car - something I definitely didn't want. Poorly managed, unprepared, very disappointing. At least I don't think it's systemic, since I've had somewhat (that's somewhat) better service at other Enterprise offices.
