I called this morning to reserve a pick up truck and spoke to Ryan. My goodness you would have thought that I was calling him asking him to donate money to a terrorist orginization. I asked him if he had a pick up truck available. He said no. No harm no foul. Then I asked if there were any alternatives. He said no we do not have any alternative pick up trucks. I then said do you have an alternative like a cargo van, SUV or minivan. He says they do not have anything like that on the lot. I asked him why the online system says that they do, he says the online system is wrong. I then ask if he would call other Enterprises to see if they have any in stock, he says that he can not read their systems, nor does he offer to call or even ask if he can provide me with their number. I guess in 2010, customer service has officially went bankrupt! A big disappointment and a local customer that will never shop there again.
