I have rented from the Enterprise in Shelby, NC repeatedly, and they have ALWAYS provided exceptional service. As a former customer service training manager in Chick-fil-A, I look for outstanding customer service and I notice it when I find it. I have found that outstanding customer service. I was picked up promptly by Zack Breeden and enjoyed a pleasant drive to the rental site. I had no wait, and Matt D'Amore bent over backward to make sure I was set up with the best car at the best price for my budget. Eric Warner wasn't even helping me, but he brought an energy and courtesy to the room with his attentive and interested conversation. I've been renting here for a while, and it's about time I said something: this Enterprise rocks.\r
