Unprofessional service from associates 9/26/2011

Made reservation at beginning of month in advance. It would have been nice to know ahead (for those doing car rentals first time) that you need a non-bank card, pay stub and 2 utility bills to rent car. The associate, Jamel was unprofessional and did not help me and forced me to go to another location. I'll deal with Ladue from now on. more
