Terrible experience! From the very beginning (reserved car for 1pm, didn't arrive until after 4pm) to the very end (driver insisted on taking me home 2nd even though I live literally 2 blocks from their site (and the other passenger had acquiesced)). Also, wrote to Enterprise about my experience and never received a response. more
