Excellent customer service experience with Ms. Patton; Past experiences at the Pine Bluff site were very negative. I was very happy to see that Enterprise HR is attempting to make changes at the Pine Bluff site to improve customer service and amenities in the rental vehicles. I travel worldwide for business and pleasure and do not recall having such negative experiences as we experience in Pine Bluff. Please add more people to your staff like Ms. Patton, she was professional, greeted my family with a smile and concluded with a handshake! And this time we were pleased with the car rental.
