Could not have been easier. Enterprise people are friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they didn't put a freeze for a huge amount of money on my credit card. They only took what the car would cost, plus 20% more.\r And I had a beautiful, clean, great running car (Ford Focus). Upon return, the woman asked me if everything was okay with the car and the rental process. No one has ever asked me that before. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I will be back. more
