Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I do not travel very often and found the Enterprise staff very friendly and helpful. I flew into Oakland International Airport and had business in San Ramon, CA. A GPS was provided for me and the staff provided instructions. \r \r One thing I might suggest. For GPS devices it might be nice to have the Enterprise Rental address entered to make return directions easier. Otherwise everything was great. In fact due to a hotel shuttle and fellow co-workers I did not use the rental very often and the gentleman processing my return gave a credit. Even though my employer is paying the bill I try to be prudient of expenses and appreciated that the gentleman provided a credit. My employer has a large number employees traveling and using rental cars. Every dollar is important and adds up. Thank you for the great service. Bank of the West employee. more
