My experience was average, I rented a luxury car to go home for Christmas, and at the last minute. I find out I need a major credit to do so. I was then place in a car that was to small for me and my family, but had no choice as my own personal car is for in-town driving only. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm on Christmas eve, I did not have a car until almost 4 pm I told the enterprise manger that day that I was very tall 6 ft 7in and still ended up in a small car I had to drive with the seat all the way back which turn the car into a 3 seater not a four, leaving the rest of my family uncomfortable.I have never had this problem before. I usually rent from north congress, and what ever I pick on line is what I got always happy with that service. But I tried the one on Lake Worth near US 1 not such a good experience, I felt disrespected, and a little discriminated against not in the since of race but because I did not have a major credit card. Using cash is whats always attracted me to Enterprise but know I might just switch to the black and Gold heard they treat you better and don't hassle you with major credit cards. I always pay for the Enterprise insurance so I don't know why the district mangers act they own the company when Enterprise, simply states that they aim to please. Like I said it was Christmas and I had no choice that day.
