The Enterprise location at 106 W. 24th St, NYC was the finest rental car experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and efficient. They escorted me to the lot and made sure I was happy with the car I selected. The agent wrote down her name and asked me to call if I had any concerns. The car was a perfect fit for me. I have been renting cars for 20 years and no other agency came close to the excellent customer service of Enterprise on 24th Street. \r H. more
