Save yourself some trouble and rent with another company 6/21/2011

I had my worst experience renting a car with Enterprise at Memphis airport. The manager, Mr. Kyle Shultz, has set his own most unreasonable rules and does not respect Enterprise rules and regulations or the industry norms! He does not take responsibility for the problems that the customers will have because of his unreasonable rules. As a university professor, I recommend that you simply save yourself some trouble and book with another company. Below I discuss my horrible experience renting a car from this location. more
